Shipping Policy

Every Starheld letter is personalised and, depending on the tier, handwritten. Because of this, our dispatch times reflect the care that goes into each one, please read below for what to expect for your specific letter.

Dispatch times

The Printed Letter (£39) and The Handwritten Letter (£69): dispatched within 3–5 working days of your order.

The Deep Memory Letter (£89): after your order, you'll complete a short questionnaire to help us write your letter. Once you submit this, you have 24 hours to make any changes to your answers. Your letter will be dispatched within 3–5 working days of your completed questionnaire, once that 24-hour window has closed.

If you know you have nothing further to add, you can email us to confirm this, and we'll begin your letter straight away rather than waiting for the full 24 hours.

Delivery

All orders are sent by Royal Mail Second Class post, at no extra charge, postage is included in the price of your letter. Second Class typically takes 2–3 working days once dispatched, though this is an estimate and not a guarantee, as once your order has been posted, it is in the hands of Royal Mail and outside our control.

Your letter is sent by standard letterbox post and does not require anyone to be home to receive it.

Multiple parcels

Some of our letters include more than one touchpoint, arriving at different times after your order: for example, a follow-up letter or a keepsake box sent some weeks after your first parcel. This is intentional and part of how that letter is designed to be experienced. If you're ever unsure whether something is still to come, email us and we'll let you know what to expect.
