What is Starheld?
Starheld sends a sequence of four letters over 90 days to someone who mattered. Each letter is written from the memories and words you share.

Which letter is right?
There are three. The Printed Letter (£39) is beautifully printed, no writing needed from you beyond a few questions. The Handwritten Letter (£69) is written by hand by Pamela from two or three questions. The Deep Memory Letter (£89) is the fullest, written by hand from a longer private form you fill in after purchase.

Can I change my mind after purchase?
Yes. Contact me within 24 hours and I'll happily switch tiers or help adjust your details.

Delivery and timing

When do the letters arrive?
Day 1, Day 30, Day 60 and Day 90. UK second class postage is included.

Can I send internationally?
Yes. Contact me for international shipping options and costs.

Privacy and process

How does the form work?
For the Deep Memory Letter, you'll receive a private form by email after purchase. Share as much or as little as you like. You have 24 hours to add anything before I begin writing, or email me and I'll start straight away.

Is my information private?
Completely. Only Pamela sees what you share. Personal details are never passed on.

What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel within 30 days for a full refund, as per the Starheld Promise.
